ConnectiCon 2010 was a blast!  Thanks to everyone who put their time and effort into running foam boffer weapon tournaments for over 500 people!  A special congratulations to 2010 Winner Rob Hubbard, who won the Title of Champion for a second year!  He defended his 2009 title this year and tells us he'll be back next year for another match.  He received $100 in store credit and a free badge to defend his title next year at ConnectiCon 2011.

I am accepting pre-orders for Dagorhir's Badon Hill event, Sept 24-26th 2010, in Somerset, PA. I'm also looking for people to help set-up, clean up and help in the booth.    

All other dates are currently tentative, due to a recent back injury.   I'm hoping to make it to NERO and Knight Realms events throughout the late summer and fall.  Please contact me for more specific information, or to pre-order for specific events.

Summer is here... if you  know of an event that I might be interested in attending, contact us!   It's also always a good idea to contact us if you'd like a specific item, since then we can make sure to bring it to the event you'll be attending.

June 12-21 - Dagorhir's EPIC event, RAGNAROK!  A week of camping and foam battle to be held at Cooper's Lake Campground in western PA.  1600+ people can't be wrong!

July 9-11 - ConnectiCon 2010 - This is one of the biggest gaming, sci-fi, anime conventions of the North East.  We run foam fighting tournaments throughout the convention for prizes.  Last year over 700 people entered, and Rob Hubbard was the Champion of CTiCon 2009!

I'm looking for someone to help out with some website updating and other assorted things I must get accomplished.  (That's technical speak for needing a good semi-local minion.  It does involve trade or pay).

I'm also looking to confirm helpers for Dagorhir's Gates of Fire event in western PA on April 23-25th.  I need people to demo weapons and shields, and to help sell at the booth.  This might be an outstanding way to get yourself a ride/free admission/etc to the event.  Keep in mind that we're in NJ, and would be leaving from there probably early morning on Friday.

New products for this month!  Dagorhir javelins, various shields, and assorted clothing - ask if you're interested, since it may take a bit for me to catch up on the website.

Just a quick update to let you know what's new and what events we'll be attending!  

More Dagorhir/ Full Contact Combat weapons will soon be available.  These will include custom shields, javelins and we're hoping to have a few two handed swords available by the Gates of Fire event in April.

Meanwhile, you can find us at Knight Realms in Sparta, New Jersey on Saturday, January 9th.  Other upcoming events are NERO Massachusetts, at Ye Olde Commons near Sturbridge Mass, on February 6th and Wicked Faire, in Whippany, NJ on February 19-21st.

We're still working on scheduling for Spring and Summer, but plan to be at all of the NERO Avendale events, a number of Knight Realms events, as well as many local and some regional  Dagorhir events; Gates of Fire, Ragnarok and Badon Hill.  We'll be at ConnectiCon in Hartford, CT in August for the 3rd year in a row, with a returning Champion and more great prizes for playing!

On December 19th, we will be at the Knight Realms event in Camp Sacajawea, in Sparta NJ.  If you will be in need of something in particular on Friday, let us know - if I will be unable to attend Friday night, I may be able to arrange to send some goods ahead of time.

Annual Lakeside Art and Craft Show News - Thanks to all who came out to visit for the 5th Annual Lakeside Art Show.  The event was a success, and we look forward to next year's event. 

We are unable to be at the NERO Volta event (in Massachusetts) on Dec 4-6 - but if you need something for this event, please email me and I will do my best to arrange for it to arrive with someone going to the event. 

We're hoping to host our annual NERO Avendale Feast sometime in January, check back for more details.

We hope to make it out for some of the Novi Antiqui Dagorhir events in December and January - just not sure which ones yet!  As we know, we'll let you know!
