In February of 2023, we were called by a landlord who had a tenant that vacated the building unexpectedly and left a lot of product, as well as packing materials and tools, office printers, label printers and more.  This 25,000 square foot warehouse was home to an Eyewear Wholesaler and there was a big pile of things everywhere!!!

Typically, the landlord would have thrown everything out – but this many dumpsters would have cost a lot to time and money to remove.  Instead, we sold over 95% of the items.  Approximately 6 dumpsters of garbage (company files, broken items, etc) overall instead of many 30 yard dumpsters…

This landlord was happy to have his staff work on cleaning and updating the building while we catalogued as quickly as possible.  We brought in extra hands to get the 500+ item auction online for bidding!
