Merchant’s Wares was started in 2003 by Rebecca Kindergan, focusing on medieval sales and events. Sales expanded over time, as did our focus.

In 2010, Rebecca added antiques, vintage, and unique items for sale. Many of these found items came from Estate Sales, Auctions, and other private sales. As the company grew, so did our vision! We started to manage Estate and Moving Sales, as well as attending several antiques shows annually.

In 2014, Rebecca attended The South Carolina School of Auctioneering, and received her South Carolina Auctioneer’s License (SCAL 4517). The company expanded to live and online auctions, selling on consignment for a variety of clients. We hold regular auctions with pickup in all of our affiliated locations and offer a wide range of collectibles, currency, stamps, and much more to a national audience.
